We represent women, men and institutional clients in a wide range of family law matters. We will take the time to understand your unique circumstances and provide effective, affordable representation to achieve a timely and fair resolution. We can also serve you in English or in French.
In child protection matters, we represent only Children’s Aid Societies.
Our Family Law Group also has extensive experience representing clients in appeals. We are pleased to accept referrals of clients from other law firms for this purpose.
Who We Are
The lawyers in our Family Law Group are both negotiators and litigators. They will effectively represent your best interests – through either a negotiated settlement or in court. Our lawyers appear regularly before all levels of Ontario courts.
